Judith "Brett" Bretthauer – with
a Bachelor’s Degree from West Texas A&M University, taught high school for two years before spending the past 31
years in the staffing industry. She was with M. David Lowe Personnel Services for 26 years where she managed
offices of 15 to 55 employees for 25 years. “The time was right to start our own business.
After so many years in this field, it was just the right time. We care about our clients and our
applicants. We’re thrilled to have our name on our business. I take pride in that.” |
Carol Ramirez
- a native Houstonian, with a Master's Degree from the University
of Houston, has over 25 years of recruiting experience. She was a manager and “Top Ten” consultant
for the former M. David Lowe Personnel Services, specializing in sales, materials management and administrative positions.
“I enjoy getting to know the culture of my clients, understanding their staffing needs and helping them find
employees who can bring value to their business.”

Phi Tran - is a recent Graduate from the University of Houston with
a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management concentrating in Human Resource Management. She is currently in the process
of going back to school to obtain her Master in Human Resource Development. She coordinates our Payroll, Accounting, Applicant
Registration and the dozens of incidentals that occur every day in this business. “I enjoy the challenges in this
business because there are never two days alike.”

Stephanie Waddell - born and raised in the Houston area--- has worked in the staffing industry
for eight years. She started her career as a staffing assistant
and then became a Recruiter for Bretthauer Ramirez Staffing in March of 2007. A diverse
background in Customer Service, Sales, and Administration gives her strong insight on
what our clients are seeking in their personnel and what our applicants
are seeking in their career moves.

Dottie
McKinney- A native Houstonian, Dottie has worked in the staffing industry for the past 10 years.
Dottie joined Bretthauer-Ramirez Staffing in 2011. She was a member of the President’s
Club for 5 consecutive years. She also holds a Yellow Belt in the Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing program
and has served as an onsite Staffing Performance Manager for a large international manufacturing firm in the Houston area.
